Help..please
Recently had full system crash and had to re-install OS,
running Windows 98SE. We have managed to reload all our
other programs but I can't get my office to re-install.
The files for it are still on the system but it doesn't
show in the Add/Rmove Programs list so I can't uninstall
it either.
Have received several different error messages stating the
it is an invalid product, wrong installer, or admin access
required. I tried getting the updated installer from MS
but still get the various errors.
Can any of you give me some idea on how to achieve the
install? Your help is/will be much appreciated.

thanks, DJ

Hi, DJ. To uninstall Office 2000, I think you have to insert the Office
2000 CD, start the Setup program, and then click on the "Remove Office"
option in Setup. After you have done that, if you still have problems
with leftover Office 2000 files on your system, then see

Remove Microsoft Office CD1" and

Remove Microsoft Office CD2".
