Re-installing an online activated purchase of Office 2003

My laptop came with a trial version of Office 2003, which I purchased using
the online activation wizard. Everything was cool until I recently
recovered from a crash. Now Office wants me to reactivate the license. I
think it's supposed to let you install the product several times, but I
can't find my activation code. Is there a way/place to contact Microsoft to
obtain my previously purchased activation code?
