Re-installing Office XP to new PC; removing from laptop.

Can I install my Office XP to my new PC? Currently, it is installed in my
laptop. I bought Office from a retail store. Also, since I am selling my
laptop and removing all apps from it, does this mean that I can go ahead and
re-install on a new laptop if needed? Please help!
