Re-registering MS Office XP after resale?

I bought MS Office XP for Teachers and Students directly from MicroSoft, and
now have purchased MS Office 2003 Professional. When I sell my MS Office XP,
what instructions do I need to give to the buyer? i.e., How do they
Re-register the software, since it was originally registered to me?
