Re Static Date

P

Paul

Hi,

I've checked the cells and (=NOW() or =TODAY()) have not been used. It's
simply the date 22/10/04. Also, pressing Ctrl + Semi colon only makes the
column widths wider.

Any more suggestions?

Thanks

If NOW or TODAY functions are not being used, then you probably have
WorkBook_Open code that inserts the date.

ALT + F11 to open Visual Basic Editor.

Expand Microsoft Excel Objects(under your workbook/project) and double-click
on ThisWorkbook module.

Anything in there?

OR maybe event code in the worksheet that runs on sheet activation?

Re-map your keyboard........CRTL + ; enters the date.

CRTL + `(backquote above TAB key) widens the columns.
