Is it possible to use content (a paragraph or table with data or image) in
multiple places within an MSWord document, and have all instances update when
an edit to the main instance is made?

Hi Creative,

One method is to select your text, choose Insert=>Bookmark
to mark it then at the point you want it repeated
use Insert=>Field and use a {Ref} field, then choose
update fields when you make changes in the original.

Generally, a picture would need to be formatted as 'inline with text'
in the original section for it to be 'seen' for replication.
