When I try to open a certain file I get the error message
"Excel can not access 'File Name.xls'. The document may be read only or
encrypted."
My boss who saved the file can open it. It does not require a password of
any kind to get into it. The properties of the file do not indicate that it
would be read only. What am I missing?
