Reading a Word document

Is it possible to have a word document read to me useing (Microsoft Sam text
to speech)

On the Language toolbar click the down arrow at the end and turn on
"Speak". Then select some text or place your cursor at the top of the
document and click the "Speak" command on the toolbar.
