Reading and Addresses

1) When I delete a msg in Outlook Express, the next msg.
displays automatically. How can I just simply rtn. to
the Inbox? I've searched all the menus but obviously not
far enough. At work, Outlook doesn't do this. It's not
a difference between Outlook and Outlook Express is it?

2) Outlook and Outlook Express again! I can't get my
Outlook Address book to be imported into Express??? I
went through the process but nada!
