Reading e-mails

Hi, I have a question about Outlook. Previously when I received e-mails I
used to be able to see them right away. But then my Outlook crasched and now
I have to click on a grey bar that says "click here to read the rest of the
message". How do I change it back so that I get the message right away again
without the extra click?

I have tried resetting and configuring views, but I haven´t found the
setting that changes it back to the way I used to have it.

maybe your Outlook is configured to only download the headers of the
message.

You can configure this @ the bottom right of your Outlook
