Reading files in store folders

When opening store folders, (Inbox.dbx, Sent Items.dbx
etc) the stored messages show encrypted in Word Pad. How
can I get them readable in plain text?

..dbx files are used to store messages by Outlook Express. Ask in an Outlook
Express newsgroup.
