Our office just migrated from Office 2000 to Outlook 2003. I prefer the reading pane on the bottom of the message, and I don't need to see the header information. When I do this, I still have a large portion (almost half) of the reading pane that is completely unused.
At the very top of the message I see a grey line across the top. Then I see what would be about 5-6 blank lines work of space, that I can't click in or anything. Then below that the actual message text starts. Even the scrollbar on the message text doesn't go up into that blank space.
It looks like it's still saving space for the header information, even though I'm not displaying it. It could be something else though.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
