Rebaseling schedule with interdependencies

I've been told by my project manager that if you rebaseline a schedule with a
interdependency with another schedule that both schedules get rebaselined.
Does anyone know if this is correct. If so, is there a work around so that
only the rebaselined schedule is effected?

Hi,

I have never seen nor heard this.
Projuect does not take any initiative to rebaseline what you do not call
for.
