recall a message

Hi all

my organisation has just changed to MS outlook exchange server from
groupwise. I have tried to used the recall email facility. However if you
recall the message it does not automatically recall it send another email the
the recipient accepts and then it recalls. However is it possible to recall
without the recipient ever seeing the mail (as long as they have not opened
it)?

Any help greatly appreciated

Nope. The recall feature doesn't work like most think it should where it
should nuke the message in the recipients mailbox. Instead the recall
notice tends to draw attention to the item you want back.

AMR Quantum rollout?
not possible, this and sent properties (proof of being read)
were the only things about GroupWise I miss.
