Receive only in Outlook 2000?

Is there some way to do receive only in outlook 2000? I
can do send only, send/receive, but not receive only, as
far as I can tell.

One thing you can do is change your account properties so that it only
receives and then Send/Receive will only receive, since you've disabled
send.
