Hi all,
Does anyone experienced the same problem with me?
I have a client, say A, daily send email to me, and c.c. to another
email account, B.
The problem is, I cannot read A's attachment normally, but B can.
Everytime, I see the attachment as 64B in size and view as an empty email,
but B is normal in size (depends on how large A sent). And the attachment is
an normal text email which A's received.
Here is the details of configuration:
- Exchange 2000 Server
- Outlook 2002 (Both B and me)
- SuperScout Email Filter
- A uses AOL to send email
That's alright for A to send same type of email to any email account in
our exchange server, except me. I have tried to purge my mailbox and reset
to another one (name and SMTP not changed), but doesn't help.
Can another give me a suggestion? Thanks!
Regards,
Lok
