With microsoft pro 2003 outlook, I can click on the links in the
SteveR: The program is Mircrosoft Outlook 2007 Ultima. The links in
the body of the email are sent in a clickable format. when I receive
the email on laptop 1 using microsoft office outlook 2003 I am able
to click the link to go to the webpage. When I receive the same
email on laptop 2 using Outlook 2007 the link is not clickable.
Different emails that I receive on laptop 2 have links that I can
click on. some emails are not clickable. The same emails that are not
clickable on outlook 2007 are clickable on laptop 1 using outlook
2003. Is there a setting on outlook 2007 that needs to be changed so
all link in emails are clickable?
If you open up word on that laptop and type a url in and hit return, is it
clickable?
What is your default web browser?
As a lark, try this: Exit out of Outlook, start-run 'regsvr32 urlmon.dll',
then restart Outlook.
