receiving html emails

hi folks,
when i receive an email in html format it is not all
displayed. Is there a setting to enable html to be
received and displayed in outlook?

What do you mean "it is not all displayed"? Does text show up, just no
pictures? What version of Outlook are you using? If it's Outlook 2003,
that is by design.

the ones i have seen with outlook 2002 the Auto Preview showed text that
when the message was opened wasn't there. not only that, it didn't show in
the message source when looking at it. i think the ones that have caused
problems were all html format. using owa does show the whole message. this
is a fairly rare event here, but we only have a dozen or so users at this
site using a remote exchange server. I have seen just the opposite also,
the top of the message shows up but the end is missing, again the owa view
shows the whole thing.
