What version of Outlook and what is the display set to?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
After furious head scratching, PAB asked:

I am using Office 2003 trial version. I have more recently clicked the 2nd
option and got my Contacts back. I apologize for not remembering the wording
