Recipients Addresses stripped off

Why do my incoming emails have most of the recipient's
names stripped off? It's not due to the Blind Carbon Copy
being in use...any other suggestions?

And then when I need to respond to these and send it to
the entire group and hit "reply to all" it appears it's
only going to the main recipient, because there is no
other recipients listed, when there should have been.

Any ideas on this one? Please help!

How do you know the names were stripped off? Does your mail server have any
software running that could strip Cc's?
