Recolor picture 2000 vs 2002?

Can you still recolor a picture in Pub 2002? I used this feature all
the time in Pub 2000; but when I right-click a picture in Pub 2002,
the option to recolor the picture doesn't come up in the menu like it
did in 2000. Can someone tell me if I need to look somewhere else for
it; or if that option is no longer available in Pub 2002?

I just typed "recolor picture" into help, and it gave me the steps to do it.
The buttons and options are on the Picture toolbar.

Depends what you mean by recolor.
On your picture toolbar (bottom of screen) click the Icon for Format
picture >Picture> Recolor. Or R click your picture and choose Format
Object.
This is all in Pub02 Help.
This allows you to choose a new color but only a single color so you only
get a monochrome version. It works the same on clip art.

To recolor clip art you can use Draw which allows you to ungroup the clip
art and change colors and lots more.
