I've made a small presentation for work (40 slides) and used the "Record and
Save Broadcast" option to record the audio voice over (no video).
The audio test works fine from the pre-record window, and I can hear the
audio in my headphones during the presentation recording. I checked the
windows mixer controls to verify that Microphone is the selected record
source and isn't muted.
When trying to play back the presentation using the replay button on the web
page I'm having serious issues:
1. Audio effects (click sounds, etc) are coming out, but not the voice over
2. The slides seem to randomly refresh, sometimes redoing the bullet point
animations over and over again even when the next bullet hasn't been
displayed.
3. Many times when the last bullet has been displayed and the next slide is
chosen, the broadcast doesn't seem to show the last bullet but instead
indexes to the next slide.
I'm using Office 2003 with PP2003 SP1. Anyone have any ideas as to how to
resolve this? Due to time contraints I can't get all the people I want to
view the presentation together at the same time and I don't want to have to
perform 8 separate live presentations.
