Record Macro Toolbar Not Visible

After I 'Start Recording' it disapears and I can't 'Stop Recording' How can I
keep it on top?

Hi Dennis!

Start recording a macro
View > Toolbars
Select "Stop Recording" toolbar.
It will now appear on the screen and will disappear when you stop
recording.

It will now toggle on when you record next time.

Don't close the Stop Recording toolbar while recording or you'll lose
it again.
