I use OneNote to type my notes and record lectures. However, when I get home
to listen to my recordings, sometimes the lecture has been recorded, while
other times, the lecture has not been recorded. I have no idea, why this is
happening. I am using an external microphone that connects in the microphone
jack of my laptop, the second I put it in, MS Vista asks me what it is, and I
select microphone. During the lecture, everything seems to be recording, I
can pause during a break and restart. But the problem is when I get home and
am trying to listen to the recording, sometimes I get static and sometime I
can hear from professor, and I have no idea why this is happening.
