Recover encryption password

If a user has forgotten their encryption password in
Outlook 2000, how does one go about recovering it or
resetting it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry about that... This is the password for advanced
security within Outlook to send and receive encrypted
emails using the Exchange Key Management Server on the
network. Thanks.
