recover files

hi-
I had my profile (not roaming) deleted by accident. My
Outlook setup is gone, which isn't a problem - but is
there anyway to recover the address book or my old
emails. I'm hoping they are saved on the hard drive
somewhere - but so far have not found them. Using ISP -
not Exchange. ANY help would be greatly appreaciated!!!

No, not possible if your old profile doesn't show up anymore in the
Documents and Settings folder
