Recover messages after crash

Hi,

I'm using XP and OExp. I would be most grateful if
someone can tell me how to retrieve my email messages and
address book from the most recent CD backup I made of the
computer before it crashed. Is there a way to copy some
files from the CD to the computer now that I have re-
installed windows and Outlook Express?
