Recover PS07 with old databases

We have to recover a PS07 installation. The database server is still ok with
all the databases. However, the app server is gone and there is no SP backup
or whatever.

We reinstalled the PS07 app server and created the SharedServices. How can
we now provision PS07 to the farm, creating the new pwa site using the old 4
project databases? There is no need to recover the projects sites, this
feature is not used in that environment.

Just skip the workspace info. As you are not using it.
