Recovering outlook files

My sister's computer had problems and called in a
computer repair expert. He needed to reinstall Windows
and as a result all of her outlook mail messages, address
book, folders, etc. disappeared. Is there any way to
recover these?

Not if the computer guy reformatted the disk and installed Windows afresh.
Otherwise, look for files ending in ".pst"
