Recurring Emails

I have a question regarding recurring Emails, ie a user wants to send out an
Email to a specific group every four weeks. She has set up a template, but
would like to automate the procedure of sending it. A recurring appointment
or task will not do the job she wants. Does anyone have any ideas?
