recurring emails

I have had a couple of requests as to how to send the same email each month with the only change each time is the date the report is thru and then the user would attach a (different) file. I tried to set something like this up in my drafts but that seems not quite right either. Gordano webmail accomplishs this thru what they call templates. I don't believe this is the same as templates in O/L.

Try saving a partly-finished message as an Outlook Template File (.OFT) --
save it somewhere on your hard drive and then you can open it, finish it and
send it as needed. (The original partly-finished template will stay on your
hard drive.)
