I'm using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP Home
My problem is that I have several recurring tasks with text in the message
box and
Outlook is adding carriage returns followed by a line of hyphens ("-----
-------") to the beginning of each task's message. I can edit these
characters out, but when I mark the task as complete, they appear in
the message box field of the new task that's generated.
I've only just started adding messages so I can't tell if the problem has
existed all the time or has just started since synchronising Outlook to my
pocket PC with ActiveSync 4.1. The problem also occurs on my Office PC which
is running Outlook 2002 and which I also synchronise with.
