Recurring Weekly Meeting

I am adding a recurring weekly meeting, 1 hr per week until 12/31/06. When I
add resources to the meeting, do I enter the effort as 1/40 or 2.5%? Is this
task a fixed duration or fixed units? Nothing seems to be working out.

Hi Bill,
assuming your resources are 100% in the meeting ;-) just have them as
full resources (1 unit or 100%). the 'work' obviously should match the
number of resources times 1 hour per individual meeting.
