Is there a way to send Outlook2003-detected junk mail directly to Deleted
folder?

Thanks.

if your goal is to empty it regularly, enable autoarchive to delete the
items in the folder on a regular basis - like set it to run daily, deleting
messages older than 3 days (to allow you time to look for misdirected
items).

Diane,

Thanks very much.

That will do the trick for the 600+ a day. Where is congress when you need
them?

as long as you are 100% sure the filter only gets junk mail - mine gets
newsletters too.

Or you can select "Permanently delete suspected junk e-mail instead of
moving it to the Junk E-mail folder" and do away with manual removal
altogether.
