Redirect on Submit---HELP!!!!

Just did a new website with two forms created in Publisher. Both forms have
a submit button. When the user clicks the submit button however, it takes
them to a "Page Not Found"

I have a "Thank You" page I want to direct them to on clicking the submit
button.

How do I do this?

I know how to insert a "redirect" or "refresh" statement, but this
automatically takes the user to the "Thank You" page before they can fill in
the form. So, I asume there's some Boolean statement in HTML that tells the
system if he submit button is clicked, then go to the "Thank You" page.

Can anybody help me with this?
