referencing specific text in a cell

I am trying to reference on a worksheet (Sheet 1) a value next to a
text cell on another worksheet (Sheet 2) based on the location of
matching text. I copy data from another application and paste it on to
Sheet 2. On Sheet 1 I want to locate the value in the cell in column B
which is next to the text "Net Income" in column A. The row for "Net
Income" may change each time I paste the new data. I seem to get
errors whatever formula I try. I have looked at older postings all
day, but am unable to get it correct. Any assistance would be greatly
appreciated.
