Reformating

Hi to all!
I want to keep all my informations such as adress book along with what is
alredy recorded as kept messages before reformating to be able to reinstall
all these informations after re install. What procedure should I follow and
where do I find the various files?

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
