registeration of publisher

I have one copy of publisher, which i have put onto my
laptop. But now i want to put microsoft publisher onto my
desk top pc. I have taken publisher of my laoptop and
installed it onto my pc. But when i enter the product key
it states that this has already been registered to
someone else.
Question - what do i do now ?
If i need to inform mircosoft that this product (cd)
belongs to me. Then can i have their telephone number in
the uk.

So you're another one who can't see the "activate by phone" option under the
"activate via the internet" option...?
