I have emailed for help with the registration form that doesn't allow me to
click on United States without resetting the form so I am unable to download
the trial of Microsoft Office. I received numerous suggestions from Customer
Service that did not help at all. Now I see in this discussion group that
others are having the exact same problem and this seems to have been going on
for some time. You need to look at the form.
I am very eager to download this program. I am a registered user of
Microsoft Office 2003 on my old laptop. I have purchased a new laptop
running Vista and really miss my Office!
