Reinstall of O/S

My system is running at a snail's pace, so I'm about to wipe my hard drive
and reinstall WinXP. What should I do (or not do) before hand to ensure that
I don't lose my Groove license? This is a primary application for my company,
so I'll need to get it back up ASAP once I've completed the reinstall.

Assuming that all of your spaces are available on other systems via your
other computers or via other space members...

1 - Back up a copy of your account under [Preferences] - [Account] - [Save].
This account file is valid for a limited time. I think it is something like
30 days.

2 - Re-install Groove (Post machine wipeout).

3 - When Groove starts up choose the option to use an existing account.
Select the Account file you saved in step 1.

4 - All of your spaces will show as "Not on this computer". Right click on
each one and "Get Space".

Before you start, if you have some spaces that you are the only member of
and are on only this machine, you need to solve that problem. I suggest
installing Groove on a 2nd computer using the backed up account file,
establishing a 2nd copy of the spaces that live in only one place, then
reinstall Groove on the main system as described above.

I've just reinstalled my O/S and put in my saved account and I'm being asked
for a password which I never had in the first place. Because of my fumbling
around with it I somehow received an email with a very long password to use
which doesn't work. Now what?
