reinstall to new computer probs

After experiencing many probs with new Publisher 2002
bought new computer and need to reinstall. Know need new
number to reactivate but can't find how to contact
microsoft. Spent whole morning at site going thru hoops
only to be rejected for both online and phone help. Have
proper product key & id numbers. Please give contact info.
NOT general ref to microsoft .com---have already wasted
hours in that morass.
