ReInstallation Ineffective

Ok, you were right, I didn't do exactly as you said the first time. This
time, I uninstalled Office and the trial version, restarted my computer, and
then installed the full version. Once again, when I got to the setup screen,
it said I had entered an invalid product key. I tried with caps lock on and
off, and double checked all the numbers. hmmm....

Close all Office 2003 applications. Start Windows Explorer or My
Computer, and delete the OPA11.DAT file from the "C:\Documents
and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Office\Data"
folder. Important: DO NOT delete the OPA11.BAK file from this
folder. Close Windows Explorer or My Computer. Start Word 2003,
and try to activate from the Help menu.

Once I get to All Users I can't find Application Data. I did a search and it
came up with no results. We don't have our computer set up for multiple users
so I don't know why that file wouldn't be there. I did a search for the
OPA11.DAT file too and couldn't find it. What should I do?
