or My Computer by clicking on Tools | Folder Options | View tab |
click the "Show hidden files and folders" radio button | OK.

Ok, the file is gone, but there seems to be no change when I try to sign in.
The only help menu I can get to is the one on the setup popup, and there is
nothing on there I see that will help me activate Word. How to I activate the
program from the Help Menu?
