Reinstallation

Never used a password to access my Groove account. My hard drive crashed and
I've had to reinstall Groove on a new computer. Can't log on because new
installation is demanding a password for my user ID and I don't have one!

What to do?

for a cleaner install - uninstall the prior installation, 'clean up'
your registry (with regseeker or other utilities). Also, delete all related
directory subfolders. Do not run regseeker (or similar) again after
installation.
