Relative links

I am preparing a powerpoint presentation that I have to
email to a work group. When I email it, it looses the
links. I have seen instructions for relative links, but
that seems to limit transfer to disks. What can I do to
resolve this issue?

Are you also emailing the linked files?

Put all linked files in the same folder as the PowerPoint presentation, then
insert them as linked files. When you send the files, all links should work
now.
