Reloading MS office 2000

I'm rebuilding my computer with a new harddrive and W-2000 pro sp4 operating
system. I've downloaded the updates for W-2000, loaded my Office Small
Business appliations from 5 yr old disks and the Office upates for SP1a and
SP3. I've also noticed that there are 4 security updates for MS Word,
Excel etc...

Are these stable updates?

Do I have to load all of them or just the most recent?

Is there a cummulative security update for the Office Applications?
