Where does Outlook store remembered email addresses that have not been made into contacts and is it possible to see a list of these

You mean the cache list; addresses you've typed before in the To field? It
is stored in the nk2-file.

Assuming you are talking about Outlook 2002 or higher, they are stored in a
file with an NK2 extension. You cannot read or edit the list.
