I have a few Public Calendars set up as resources for meeting rooms. If a
user who is 'not' invited to a meeting opens the meeting in the public
calendar, they are prompted to accept/reject a meeting request depsite not
being invited to it. If the user closes the appointment window without
clicking accept/reject, the meeting then shows up on their own calendar and
reminders are set.
How can a user click on the appointment to view it without it being copied
to their own calendar?
Exchange Server 2003
Outlook 2000
Thanks,
