Hi
I would like to preform a clean installation of Office2003, where can I find a removal tool for Office2002 that also clears up the registry settings

Having checked out the current Technet files, there does not appear to be
one. In any case, it shouldn't be necessary. This is one of the least
eventful upgrades I have tried.

I concur. I'm always very apprehensive about version upgrades, but,
reassured by Graham and Greg Maxey, I screwed my courage to the sticking
point quite unnecessarily. Aside from a *very* few unexpected changes in
Options settings, I found that I could open Word 2003 and resume work with a
minimum of interruption or distraction.

OTOH, if you want to install Word 2003 using the default settings, deleting
(or renaming) Normal.dot will get you a long way in that direction;
rebuilding the Word Data key will do most of the rest, and removing all
add-ins from Word's Startup folder (and the Office Startup folder) should
complete the job.
