Remove browser toolbar

I would like to make a page that does not show the browser toolbars (standard, menu or address toolbars). Is there a way to do this? Once the customer accepts the disclaimer then they can have the toolbars.

Is there an option in Front Page to do this or do we need to write code for this?

You need to create a pop-up window to be able to remove the toolbars.
It seems you want to remove them from the initial browser window.
Luckily that is not possible.
